We have been providing medico legal expert reports since 2008, providing an exceptional service to leading legal firms in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

We also provide a specialty reporting service to the Police on nursing, midwifery and health orientated cases through the National Injuries Database, a division of the National Crime Agency.

The Coroners Court system in England and Wales as well as the Procurator Fiscal Service of Scotland have also commissioned reports from us.

All of our nursing and midwifery experts have a minimum of 20 years nursing experience and remain in current clinical practice within the NHS and/or the private health care sector. They have a balanced portfolio between Claimant and Defendant instructions. They have been fully trained in all aspects of the medico legal process including giving evidence in Court.

A wide range of reports can be commissioned including:

• Court Procedure Rules (CPR) compliant breach of duty report addressed to the Court.
• Preliminary report on breach of duty report addressed to the client-not CPR compliant.
• Causation report following confirmed breach of duty.
• Condition and prognosis report.
• Independent review report.

Our experts have experience in preparing reports, meetings with Counsel and opposing experts. Many have experience of speaking to their evidence in Court.
